Responsibilities: Lead teams in applying UX principles throughout the product lifecycle, promoting collaboration and a culture of continuous learning. Lead engaging training programs and UX workshops to enhance team skills. Utilize design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design ideas and identify areas for improvement. Conduct user research and analyze preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Incorporate feedback from users and partners to refine designs, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and lead design iterations to enhance user experiences. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives, designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand standards and improve user experience across devices and platforms. Prepare and review user personas, journey maps, and other user experience documentation to support design processes. Ensure brand consistency by overseeing that designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Stay updated on industry trends in UX design, coaching team members to continually enhance design practices. Teach usability testing methodologies to assess design solutions, analyze outcomes, and iterate to improve usability and user satisfaction. Apply proficiency in product design and prototyping tools and possess in-depth knowledge of user testing software. Company: Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals: one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise mandated by law. The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 – $155,000, with compensation varying based on location, certifications, education, and experience. Note that the disclosed salary range may be adjusted according to any applicable geographic differential associated with the job location. This role is eligible for a discretionary incentive award, which depends on the performance of both the company and the individual.
