We are looking for initiative-taking candidates with a talent for organization and problem solving to contribute to the success of Starbucks store design studio by providing key business support. The role will focus on project and studio management that enables the design team to uphold the Starbucks brand promise while meeting cost, schedule, and operational requirements all while living our mission and values.
As a senior store design coordinator, you will:
Provide specialized design administrative support using Starbucks systems to meet project and studio goals, ensuring efficient, high-quality, brand-aligned delivery.
Support the store design studio by staying current on administrative processes and leveraging tools to manage gaps, solve challenges, and align with Starbucks brand standards and organizational structure.
Support the store design studio by efficiently managing tools, systems, and priorities such as project reporting and consultant contracting and payments, while demonstrating strong time management and prioritization.
Collaborate to foster a positive team environment and meet business goals, while contributing to visual and written design communication, including project planning & scoping, team communications, photography, and new partner onboarding.
Apply a growth mindset to maintain integrity and reliability in studio processes while continuously improving processes and results.
We’d Love To Hear From People With:
Education bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Project management experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in architectural design or construction preferred
Supports a design, creative or similar organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign with Basic knowledge of architectural design software (Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred
Preferred 4-5 years of experience in specific field or designated skills

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
