Overview Join the Town of Eastham Public Library as a Library Assistant, Youth Services Department and help create a welcoming, engaging space for young patrons. Responsibilities Assist children, teens, and families with library resources and technology. Support youth programs, story times, and special events. Curate and maintain youth collections. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to young readers and their caregivers. Collaborate with staff to create a vibrant, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Library Science, Education, or a related field. Experience working with youth in a library, school, or community setting. Commitment to building a diverse team and encouraging candidates of all backgrounds. Equivalent combination of training, education, or experience will be considered.
