Hemma Living | Front of House Studio Assistant Location: Hermantown, MN | Type: In-studio About the Role We’re looking for a warm, organized, and creative Front of House Studio Assistant to join our team at Hemma Living. This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow into either drafting or inside sales—unless you already have experience in one of those areas and are ready to hit the ground running. You’ll be the welcoming face of the studio, ensuring every client and trade partner has a professional, positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Between visits, you’ll support our design team with drafting, pricing, material coordination, and presentation prep—while also assisting with marketing tasks such as social media, advertising, and digital content creation under light guidance from our marketing lead. This position blends hospitality, coordination, and technical precision. You’ll manage day-to-day studio operations, assist with project documentation and presentation prep, and play a key part in maintaining organization and communication across the team. Over time, your responsibilities can evolve toward drafting and technical design or toward inside sales and client relations, depending on your strengths and professional goals. Beyond technical and organizational skill, this role calls for strong emotional intelligence and social awareness. You’ll be the studio’s first impression—someone both clients and contractors feel comfortable talking to. Whether it’s sensing tension, managing priorities, or helping connect the right people, your ability to listen, read the room, and respond with fairness and integrity will make you invaluable to the team.
