Recognized by Forbes, Fast Company, and Time Magazine as one of the most inventive beauty companies, Hourglass leads the industry with its breakthrough products and its commitment to animal welfare. Founded in 2004, Hourglass is globally available in 32 markets and over 4,600 retail locations including Sephora, Ulta, Neiman Marcus, Selfridges, Space NK and more. Hourglass became part of the Unilever Prestige division in 2017.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Social Media and Influencer Marketing, assisting with strategy and execution of Hourglass’ growing influencer marketing program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building strategies, creative concepts, identifying and engaging influencers, managing outreach programs, and creating engaging, brand‑worthy content.

You should have a deep‑rooted interest in beauty and lifestyle with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced culture. Success requires a well‑rounded knowledge of the influencer and social media landscape, both paid and earned. You are data‑driven and transform numbers into stories on which you base your strategic decisions.

Experience in community building programs is key, and strong cross‑functional communication skills—both verbal and written—are a must.

What You Do

  • Develop influencer campaign strategies for both paid and earned: from creative concept to influencer selection, based on data, insights and trends.
  • Execute influencer campaigns: outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, and content review.
  • Lead on talent discovery and build and maintain influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions.
  • Support the global mailer program.
  • Build and manage community events.
  • Analyze and report program effectiveness and conduct competitive analysis for key stakeholders using social listening tools such as Creator IQ, Tribe, Traackr, etc.
  • Track and maintain the influencer database to keep it up to date.
  • Track product orders and send‑outs to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept.
  • Partner with Social, Paid Media and PR teams to build synergies between programs.
  • Manage the affiliate marketing program in partnership with the Digital and eCommerce teams.
  • Demonstrate creative and critical thinking, willing to challenge the status‑quo while exercising sound judgment in strategic decisions.
  • Adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Show energetic self‑starter qualities with excellent writing and communication skills to articulate value points internally and externally.
  • Display strong attention to detail, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, open‑mindedness, persistence and collaboration, with a passion for and understanding of the influencer/social space.

You’ll Love This Job If

  • You are creative, innovative and forward‑thinking.
  • You are highly strategic and develop creative concepts that support brand and business goals.
  • You are extremely organized and can juggle multiple tasks.
  • You are detail‑oriented and appreciate precise information.
  • You are a strong communicator, a people person, natural leader and collaborative.
  • You are agile and adapt to changing priorities and pivot easily to achieve goals.
  • You are passionate about beauty, eager to learn and absorb all things related to beauty, brand and creative strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of influencer marketing experience, with at least 3 years in beauty.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry.
  • Strong project management skills—timely, detail‑oriented, and flawless execution.
  • In‑depth understanding of influencer marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
