Overview
Zappos is looking for a detail‑oriented and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our influencer marketing strategy. The role assists in the execution of influencer‑facing marketing programs that foster engagement, education, and content creation with lifestyle, fitness, and family‑focused influencers. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for influencer marketing and social media. The Influencer Engagement Coordinator supports the implementation of marketing initiatives that help influencers grow their business with Zappos, focusing on key categories including footwear, athletic, and kids. This position sits on the Influencer Marketing team reporting to the Zappos Head of Influencer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new influencer partners by coordinating welcome communications, maintaining onboarding documentation, and tracking completion of key partnership requirements.
- Assist in managing day‑to‑day influencer communications, including sharing promotional calendars, product opportunities, and campaign briefs with assigned influencer partners.
- Help maintain program management tools and compile weekly reporting data to track influencer performance and engagement.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Buying, Merchandising, Social, Tech) to support influencer initiatives, including gathering product information, maintaining campaign calendars, and tracking deliverables.
- Support data collection and organization for program KPIs, helping prepare performance reports and tracking test‑and‑learn initiatives.
- Coordinate influencer gifting programs, including tracking inventory, managing shipping logistics, and documenting content delivery.
- Help organize and execute influencer events and activations.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel.
- 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management.
- Experience in e‑commerce, startups, advertising, or commercial environments.
- Experience using data visualization tools.
Compensation
Base pay range: $53,200 per year (lowest) to $113,700 per year (highest), depending on market location. Additional compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and benefits. Salary commensurate with role and experience.
