Your Mission

As a Senior Influencer Manager supporting the Diablo team, you will embark on a journey into the deepest areas of Sanctuary. Blizzard Entertainment seeks a Senior Influencer Relationships Manager to manage and coordinate influencer programs for all Diablo titles. This position will be responsible for driving overall strategy behind influencer campaigns and programs while also leading any initiatives between influencers and marketing. As a key member of our Community team, you will provide a valuable point of contact at Blizzard for a wide variety of creators, including Content Creators, fansites, cosplayers, artists, podcasters, and more.

The Senior Influencer Relationships manager should be knowledgeable, approachable, and able to speak with influencers on a level playing field, while remaining focused and driven toward finding and leading mutually‑beneficial opportunities and programs for Blizzard and creators. This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on‑site and some work from home. The home studio for this role is Irvine, California.

What you bring to the table

• Intrinsic knowledge and understanding of current and ongoing trends within the content creator space, including the mobile and PC gaming market.
• Familiarity with major content platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok and strong communication skills that allow you to work closely and effectively with some of our most dedicated and influential players.
• Operate quickly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment; the ability to advocate for content creators' needs to collaborators at various levels of familiarity with the influencer market.
• Responsible for developing, executing, and supporting influencer marketing strategies for all of our Diablo titles including mobile, working closely and collaboratively with global and regional communications, publishing, and public relations teams, as well as the game development teams.
• Knowledge and understanding of how to work with large comprehensive paid campaigns to better bolster marketing efforts during key tentpole moments.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

• 13+ years of experience working professionally on relationships within the influencer/content creator space.
• 13+ years of experience working on strategies tied to marketing, social or influencer related programs.
• Strong experience working closely with internal teams across PR, Community, Publishing, Digital Marketing and more to support effective global campaigns.
• Experience working with agencies across various disciplines.

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience and ability to confidently communicate about Blizzard products with the public.
• Develop global content creator strategy for the Diablo franchise on PC, console and mobile while also serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners.
• Strong strategic ability to build out comprehensive plans related to influencer marketing and leading and driving results from campaigns.
• Work with a team of community professionals that champion positive and healthy relationships with our players just as we do with our content creators.

• Help build and grow a strong and diverse group of creators across numerous subject areas for the franchise.
• Maintain constant visibility and understanding of new and ongoing trends within the influencer and content creator environment.
• Understanding and being able to build out community programs in tandem with influencer work to help benefit larger overall Go‑to‑Market campaigns.

Key Attributes

• Participate in discussions about overall brand positioning, strategic planning, communications pillars, content strategy, and marketing opportunities.
• Build, arrange, and manage Blizzard's participation in creator‑focused events, both virtual and in person.
• Compile detailed executive summaries on influencer coverage of all Diablo titles including upcoming releases.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Additional Information

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $93,440.00 - $172,800.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
