What You’ll Do You will collaborate with strategists to build, optimize, and deploy full-funnel, intent‑based paid media campaigns that drive revenue growth for our partners.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with strategists to develop and execute GTM paid media strategies.
Paid Media Across Platforms: Own and lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Budget Planning: Plan budget allocation across platforms and channels.
Campaign Execution: Execute and optimize multi‑channel paid media campaigns for Allbound clients.
Account Audits: Conduct audits of paid media accounts and campaigns to identify opportunities and gaps.
Ad Copy & Landing Pages: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page creation and optimization.
HubSpot Integration: Integrate paid media efforts with HubSpot (ads platform data and CRM).
Analytics: Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and build dashboards to showcase impact.
Mentorship: Guide teammates to enhance their skills and grow into more strategic roles.
Who You Are Required Experience (3–5 years): Hands‑on paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
HubSpot Experience: Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting and ad integrations.
Proven Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads and revenue from paid media sources.
Campaign Management: Skilled in campaign management, data analysis, and account audits.
Ad Copywriting: Strong copywriting chops and eye for landing page performance.
Bonus Experience: Intent‑based paid media strategy, agency client management, knowledge of HubSpot ecosystem, familiarity with tools like ClickUp, SEMRush, and Zapier.
