Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the composition and content of member materials at the individual member level across all lines of business for product and marketing, and the knowledge base platform for customer service. Coordinate and discern stakeholder input across various subject matter experts throughout the health plan, including regulatory and compliance, marketing, sales, communications, and service operations. Content and materials vary by line of business and can include customer service items such as benefit updates, desktop procedures, FAQs, workflow guidance, regulatory protocols, and annual reviews of all content. Performs all duties with a minimum of direct supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of relevant communication or writing experience, including proven experience in developing and executing documentation projects that deliver accurate and easy‑to‑understand information.

Salary Range by Location

Oregon: Non‑Portland Service Area: Min: $35.28, Max: $54.77
Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $37.84, Max: $58.75
