Role
- As Growth Marketer, you’ll transform and save lives by mastering the client journey, uncovering the biggest levers in acquisition, prioritizing and implementing high‑impact experiments to improve funnel performance.
- Strategy: Pinpoint highest‑impact levers across the client journey, craft prioritized roadmap of high‑conviction experiments, align cross‑functional teams to bring to life.
- Conversion Engine: Launch and optimize tests across key touchpoints (landing pages, candidate survey, sales flow, checkout, lifecycle) to increase conversion from start survey to net purchase.
- Viral Growth: Collaborate with Product to launch sticky features and growth loops that turn healing into a habit, driving exponential engagement, organic referrals, and lasting retention.
- New Channels: Uncover and unleash new growth channels, pressure‑test them fast to find what scales.
- Experiment Master: Apply deep experimental toolkit (CRO, funnel analytics, heat mapping) and sharp eye for high‑leverage opportunities. Prioritize, execute, iterate on hypothesis‑driven experiments that move the needle.
- Consumer Behavior Expert: Apply passion and deep curiosity for consumer psychology, behavior, influence, UX, and copywriting to craft experiments that drive conversion.
