Role Overview As Performance Marketing Lead, you will build an AI‑driven acquisition engine that drives the next stage of growth. You’ll be responsible for doubling net‑new clients, scaling creative, validating new channels, and managing CAC.
Responsibilities
Accelerate access to transformative care by doubling net‑new clients in 6 months and pushing a 5‑fold increase in 18 months.
Build a high‑velocity creative engine, delivering 8‑12 new concepts per month and uncovering compelling messages, formats, and visuals.
Own new channel discovery and validation, launch a prioritised testing roadmap, and convert high‑signal experiments into acquisition engines.
Own acquisition economics end‑to‑end using data, attribution and judgment to maintain CAC and payback discipline.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate creative, messaging, and funnel‑building insights into paid media strategies.
Qualifications
Mission‑obsessed with experience or deep understanding of altered states of consciousness.
Expertise in performance marketing, with a track‑record of managing paid acquisition at scale.
Strong consumer psychology insight: ability to dissect belief, hesitation and decision‑making, translating insights into creative and funnel optimization.
Channel builder: design & run experiments to identify scalable channels, structure minimum viable tests including budget, creative and targeting.
Data‑driven investor: own economics, evaluate performance, reallocate spend dynamically and maintain discipline.
