As the partner marketing landscape evolves, the role of Influencer Marketing Manager coordinates client relationships and develops, executes, and optimizes influencer program strategy across affiliate channels. The manager designs recruitment, content, communication, incentive, and monetization strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals. Top 5 Job Responsibilities

PROGRAM STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans, monitoring performance, budget, and pacing, and presenting strategic recommendations to keep programs on track. CLIENT SERVICE & COMMUNICATION – Provide superior client service, act as the primary point of contact, and build trust through consistent, high‑quality deliverables and excellent communication. REPORTING & ANALYSIS – Use data strategically; analyze program outcomes, identify trends, and provide clients with actionable insights to meet or exceed goals. INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIP OPTIMIZATION – Design recruitment, communication, incentive, and optimization strategies; negotiate media packages; train and coach influencers on affiliate best practices. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT – Oversee multiple influencer programs, prioritize tasks, and identify new opportunities while ensuring client objectives are met. What Success Looks Like

By 2 months: Clear understanding of client goals, strong relationships, and independent ownership of deliverables. By 4 months: Manage a portfolio with minimal guidance, consistently deliver results, and maintain an average 8.5 client rating across campaigns. QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

4+ years in an influencer marketing agency or brand managing client and/or creator relationships Strong understanding of full‑funnel influencer strategies, flat‑fee and affiliate payment models Track record of running successful influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies Advanced Excel capabilities Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills Knowledge of attribution in digital marketing Experience with CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Ability to travel up to 15% WHY ACCELERATION PARTNERS?
