We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to provide premium quality service to diverse brands eager to develop influencer programs at scale within their affiliate channels. This person will be directly responsible for managing the client relationship, as well as owning the development and execution of influencer program strategy. Ownership of program strategy includes designing influencer recruitment strategies, content strategies, communication strategies, incentive strategies and optimization strategies focused on the monetization of content across social media. Strategies are customized to each client’s unique goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in the development and end‑to‑end management of KPI‑driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or service companies. They will be skilled at analyzing program data and spotting performance trends to continuously refine their strategic approach and scale outcomes. They will be well‑versed in negotiating media packages with influencers and contracting longer‑term agreements. They will have working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape, including affiliate, and the ability to develop comprehensive strategy as well as lead a team to execute. They will also be a self‑starter who can confidently plug into any challenging situation with ease and can balance competing priorities well.

PROGRAM STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans to achieve client goals. Keep a close pulse on performance, budget spend, and pacing to ensure objectives are met. Present strategic recommendations to course‑correct performance or spend.
CLIENT SERVICE & COMMUNICATION – Provide superior client service, act as the point of contact, and elevate issues or risks. Build trust through consistent delivery and communication, maintaining high client satisfaction and an average 8.5 client rating.
REPORTING & ANALYSIS – Use data strategically. Analyze program outcomes using multi‑metric dashboards and provide actionable insights to reach or exceed goals.
INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIP OPTIMIZATION – Design recruitment, content, and incentive strategies to foster lasting partnerships. Negotiate long‑term media packages and manage fixed‑fee investments.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT – Oversee multiple programs, prioritizing tasks, and identifying new opportunities while guarding against goal misalignments.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
4+ years in an influencer marketing agency or brand managing client and/or creator relationships.
Understanding of full‑funnel influencer marketing including flat‑fee and affiliate models.
Solid grasp of omnichannel and direct‑to‑consumer marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
Advanced Excel skills for formatting, formulas, and customizing reports.
Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills, securing client approval.
Working knowledge of digital marketing attribution.
Experience with tools such as CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea preferred.
Experience with affiliate networks or SaaS platforms preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
