Base Pay Range:
$40.00/hr - $44.00/hr
Job Overview
Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across various audiences.
Strong proficiency in using AI technologies to enhance instructional design, content personalization, and learner engagement.
Advanced experience with e-learning authoring tools such as
Adobe Captivate
and
Articulate Storyline , including the creation of interactive modules.
Prior experience supporting
Intake
processes and/or
Change Management
initiatives.
Proven ability to conduct audience analysis and needs assessments to ensure training solutions align with learner profiles and business objectives.
Background in program or project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
Consultative experience working with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend training solutions, and support continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating knowledge transfer and working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, emerging technologies, and evolving L&D methodologies to strengthen training delivery and assessment systems.
