What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the design and development of learning deliverables for the Technology Support Center
Provide on‑call support at the Team Lead level and resolve escalated technical issues
Monitor daily business operations and ensure quality and change control standards are met
Lead and manage projects within the IT Support Teams, providing consultation and direction
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members, conducting performance reviews
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or adult learning, with at least 1 year in a lead role
Strong leadership, coaching, and feedback skills focused on developing talent
Advanced proficiency with industry‑standard e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
Solid understanding of instructional design principles and familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting design strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience managing multiple complex design projects simultaneously
Familiarity with the operational environment of a Technology Support Center
Proven ability to influence internal management and functional groups
Experience assessing training effectiveness through Level 1 evaluation data
Knowledge of graphic design tools for asset creation, such as Adobe Photoshop
