What You’ll Do
You will assist with the execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term drafting strategy.
You will participate on project teams and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
You will adhere to administrative guidance on project execution.
You will identify and course correct project issues and risks, participating in response plans to resolve.
You will understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Be 18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or at least three years of telecommunications experience.
Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.
Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.
May be required to work after hours, on weekends, or be on-call as work is needed.
Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
Additional Qualifications
You will have training in the field.
You will have good interpersonal skills.
You will have solid experience with the principles and practices of fiber specific projects, network deployments and related fields.
You may have 1 or more years of progressive experience in drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD.
You may have advanced training in the field.

Duties will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Employees performing these job functions are required to lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds in a shift with assistance.
Pay Range The Drafter/Designer hourly wage range is $20.00 - $22.00 depending on experience.
