About the Role
Elastic, the Search AI Company, is looking for a go‑to‑market specialist to drive messaging and GTM for Security. The role focuses on crafting differentiated messaging, positioning, and content for Elastic Security products such as SIEM and Security Analytics.
What You Will Be Doing
Craft differentiated messaging and positioning, and content for Elastic Security.
Enable the field with training and content.
Define and implement the GTM strategy for new launches and campaigns.
Measure and supervise critical metrics to track launch and campaign efficiency.
Maintain a subset of competitive analysis.
Attend trade shows and other events to showcase our products.
Travel as required.
What You Bring
Direct experience with security related use cases and target audiences (analyst, architect, detection engineer).
Curiosity about the “how” of technology to tell compelling stories about the “why.”
Relevant technical background (e.g., CS, CSE, EE).
Proven track record in creating engaging content – blog posts, presentations, videos, etc.
Strong communication skills and experience pitching to audiences.
Comfort in a highly cross‑functional, distributed role.
Bonus: Practitioner knowledge of SIEM/Security analytics or XDR, CDR; marketing to practitioners and business audiences; prior hands‑on technical role.
Earnings and Benefits
