The opportunity is to support the transition to our Clients and Industries operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regions. This position plays a key role in the strategy design execution of the Global Sector.
Part of the Clients & Industries global team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Regions, valuing their insights to drive meaningful change. The Sector Growth Senior Specialist is dedicated to convening and collaborating across the Regions and Service Lines to drive joint prioritization, capital allocation and growth of our Premier and Strategic Account portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities
Connect and collaborate: Be ‘the glue’ driving close connectivity and collaboration across the Sector, Super Region (SR), and Service Line (SL) teams and ensure alignment with global and SR enablement teams.
Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Work closely with GCSPs of strategically important accounts to drive solutions and campaigns, converting opportunities to wins and strengthening relationships with SL and Region Account/Pursuit teams.
Facilitate and drive execution: Support shaping the vision and ambition for the Sector in collaboration with the Global Sector Leader, SR Sector Leaders and SL representatives; drive end‑to‑end execution and support the Sector Board ensuring disciplined board management.
Go‑to‑Market & “Big Bet” Activation: Support GtM and operations teams to deliver the GtM strategy and execute Sector big bets and alliance initiatives; involve capital allocation to prioritize investments against the Sector strategy.
Brand & Market Reputation: Jointly support BMC and Insights to build the Sector’s reputation, including analyst relations and fostering external relationships to support EY’s strategic positioning.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Work through high levels of stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict and abstract concepts.
Identify innovative alternatives and dig into issues to surface core pain points.
Create and drive a project plan, directing action with tact and diplomacy.
Drive a program of work from start to finish.
Shift easily between abstract strategic discussions and operational detail.
Build trusted relationships and collaborate across matrix dimensions.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification.
10+ years current experience with EY or a global professional services firm track record.
Flexibility to work extended hours to meet clients’ needs across time zones.
What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $135,300 to $260,400 (US). Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
Hybrid work model: majority of external, client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
Flexible vacation policy; additional paid holidays, winter/summer breaks, and leave for personal or family care.
