Key Responsibilities
Connect and collaborate: Be the glue driving close connectivity and collaboration across the Sector, Super Region (SR), and Service Line (SL) teams and ensure alignment with global and SR enablement teams.
Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Work closely with GCSPs and SL & Region Account / Pursuit teams to fuel solutions, campaigns, and wins, strengthening relationships for replication.
Facilitate and drive execution: Support the vision and ambition for the Sector, collaborate with Global Sector Leader (GSL), SR Sector Leaders, and SL representatives to manage the Sector Board and orchestrate strategic planning cycles for timely deployment of solutions, accounts, and capital.
Go‑to‑Market & Big Bet Activation: Support GtM and operations teams to deliver the GtM strategy, execute sector big bets and alliance initiatives, and ensure capital allocation aligns with growth priorities.
Brand & Market Reputation: Partner with BMC and Insights to shape the sector’s reputation, support analyst relations, and foster external relationships to reinforce EY’s strategic positioning.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Work through high levels of stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict, and abstract concepts.
Identify innovative alternatives, digging into issues to surface core pain points.
Create and drive a project plan, directing action with tact and diplomacy.
Drive a program of work from start to finish.
Shift between abstract strategic discussions and operational detail.
Build trusted relationships and collaborate across matrix dimensions.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification.
10+ years of current experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm.
Ability to work extended hours across varying time zones.
What We Offer You Compensation ranges are provided to comply with U.S. pay transparency laws. Base salary ranges in the U.S. are $135,300 to $260,400, with higher ranges for New York, Washington State, and California. Our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time‑off options. We offer a flexible, hybrid work model with most engagement roles working together 40‑60% in person.
