Marketing Finance Operations Coordinator This role supports trade marketing initiatives with a specialized focus on finance, logistics, cross‑functional coordination, and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities include managing a dual‑market CAPEX/OPEX budget, coordinating vendor activities during an RFP process, and migrating from Excel‑based tracking to a centralized project management platform.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Daily management of U.S. and Canada trade marketing CAPEX/OPEX budgets

Cross‑functional coordination with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing

Support vendor operations and workflow optimization during an RFP consolidation

Assist in defining and documenting requirements for a new project management tool

Monitor logistics and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets

Top Mandatory Requirements

Experience managing complex CAPEX/OPEX budgets

Cross‑functional project coordination (Finance, IT, Marketing)

High proficiency in Excel (advanced spreadsheet capability)

Experience supporting digital tools or platform implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

3+ years in finance, trade marketing, logistics, or marketing operations

Demonstrated CAPEX/OPEX budget management

Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage shifting priorities

Experience & Education

3–5 years relevant experience in finance, logistics, or marketing operations
