What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and lead media strategy for branded and unbranded engagement targeting healthcare professionals
Execute high-impact campaigns that integrate digital, media, and non-personal tactics to achieve brand goals
Collaborate with various functional groups within the organization to ensure alignment on marketing objectives
Manage agency partners to deliver innovative campaigns and creative assets on time and within budget
Utilize data and insights to measure performance and optimize media and digital initiatives for maximum impact
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred)
8-10 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Experience in rare disease and HCP marketing, as well as omni-channel media, preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in developing marketing strategies that engage healthcare professionals
Proven ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively across functions
Strong project management skills and organizational abilities
Agility in navigating fast-paced environments and adapting to changing market conditions
