We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across our website, loyalty/CRM systems, and social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu/RED). You will play a key role in driving guest engagement, online sales, and brand awareness through bilingual marketing initiatives.

This position requires bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) to manage cross‑market communications and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize email, SMS, WeChat push, and loyalty/CRM marketing campaigns.

Manage content, product details, assets, and promotions across the company website, and third‑party delivery platforms.

Plan, launch, and analyze paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.).

Build and manage UTM tracking links, campaign tags, and reporting dashboards to measure performance.

Monitor and analyze campaign engagement, user acquisition, traffic, and sales performance; generate actionable insights and reports.

Coordinate creative assets and work with design teams to deliver images and content for web, app, and social platforms.

Support A/B testing, module optimization, and user journey improvements.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, kitchen/production, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital platforms in both English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or e‑commerce. Restaurant, retail, or food industry experience preferred.

Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) — required. Ability to create, translate, and adapt marketing content for bilingual audiences.

Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools such as email/CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), CMS systems, and advertising managers (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

Familiarity with WeChat ecosystem, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other China‑based digital channels is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Google Analytics and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
