Google Media Buyer Affiliate Marketing
We're looking for a data-obsessed, results-driven Google Media Buyer with deep affiliate marketing experience and a proven track record managing high-scale offers ($10K+ / day per offer). If you live for ROAS, thrive on rapid testing, and know how to engineer winning campaigns at scale, this role is for you.
This is not a beginner position you'll be expected to hit the ground running, own your media buying pipeline, and scale campaigns that drive serious results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale high-volume Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) with budgets of $10K / day+ per offer
Own all phases of campaign management: from strategy, launch, and testing to optimization and scaling
Collaborate with affiliate managers and funnel teams to align offers, landing pages, and creatives for maximum conversion
Run structured creative testing and landing page split tests to drive improvements in CTR, CVR, and AOV
Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and LTV optimized aggressively
Track and report on campaign performance using attribution tools (Voluum, RedTrack, Google Analytics, etc.)
Ensure compliance with ad policies, vertical-specific guidelines, and tracking accuracy across all campaigns
