Field Marketer – Great Day Improvements
Entry level outside sales/marketing position to schedule hurricane‑resistant window, door, and roofing appointments with homeowners. Transportation is provided to local and surrounding areas. No experience required – paid classroom and field training plus career advancement opportunities within the first 90 days.
Compensation & Benefits
$55,000+ first year salary
Full benefits package (health, dental, 401 K match, life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay)
Hourly rate paid weekly
Tiered bonus structure paid weekly
Sign‑on bonus up to $2,000
Referral bonus up to $1,600
Sign‑on and referral bonuses paid weekly
Responsibilities
Generate pre‑qualified leads by serving as a trusted advisor and driving brand awareness through face‑to‑face marketing.
Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
Schedule inspections with homeowners.
Represent the company during in‑person marketing activities and product demonstrations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Face‑to‑face marketing experience is a plus.
Industry and product knowledge is a plus.
Confident, competitive, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Results‑oriented professional who creates a track record of success and wants to grow in the industry.
