Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – on-site for content/events + flexible remote)

The Role We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to supercharge Taily’s growth through creators, affiliates, and TikTok Shop.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to
spot creators who can move the needle, build lasting partnerships, and run scalable influencer programs that drive sales and brand love . You’ll manage everything from nano TikTokers to affiliate networks, ensuring Taily is everywhere pet parents spend their time.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, negotiate, and manage influencers
(TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to create authentic content that drives awareness and sales.
Build and scale our
affiliate program
across TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, and other platforms.
Create structured
campaign briefs, contracts, and performance tracking systems .
Manage seeding and gifting programs (getting Taily products in the hands of the right pet parents).
Track KPIs: engagement, GMV, conversion rates, ROI — and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure influencer content feeds into our broader strategy.
Stay ahead of trends — knowing what’s next before everyone else.

relationship building
— from nano creators to top affiliates.
Analytical enough to
measure results
and optimize programs.
Creative enough to
craft briefs and campaigns influencers love to execute .
Highly organized — can manage dozens of partnerships without dropping the ball.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, scrappy startup environment.
Bonus if you’ve worked with
pet brands, DTC, or TikTok Shop
before.
Qualifications
3+ years of influencer marketing or affiliate management experience (DTC or CPG preferred).
Proven track record of building influencer campaigns that drive
both brand love & sales .
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing platforms, and influencer tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Data‑driven mindset — you know your way around dashboards and ROI calculations.
