Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned marketing projects (e.g., content development, campaign execution, social).
Guide development of marketing deliverables such as messaging, campaign briefs, and reports.
Partner with business and marketing peers to ensure execution quality.
Provide input on KPIs and track project outcomes.
Informally mentor analysts and associates through project collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4+ years of progressive marketing experience, with project ownership responsibilities.

Execution Excellence: Skilled in campaign management, content creation, and analytics.

Innovation & Change Management: Adopts emerging tools (AI, automation) to improve execution.
Position Level: Senior Associate Country: United States of America
Estimated base salary range: $80,000-$110,000. Total estimated compensation range: $92,500-$126,500. Eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program and benefit plans.
