Sales & Project Coordinator Description Our client, a successful and well‑known home staging and design studio, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Project Coordinator to join their team in Miami, FL. This role is perfect for someone who thrives as the “goalie” for deadlines, projects, and all the moving parts that keep a busy studio running smoothly. You will be the central hub between clients, designers, stagers, and the warehouse team—ensuring every staging project is executed flawlessly, on time, and on brand. The ideal candidate can find calm amidst shifting priorities, keep multiple projects moving forward, and maintain seamless communication across all stakeholders. You’ll also provide day‑to‑day support to studio leadership and help deliver a polished, high‑quality client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves real estate, interior design, and taking ownership of complex projects in a dynamic, ever‑changing environment.
Sales & Project Coordinator Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads, follow‑ups, and CRM updates
Coordinate staging timelines, designer walkthroughs, installations, and pickups
Assist with proposals, quotes, pricing, and client communication
Handle on‑site adjustments, service callbacks, and post‑install needs
Prepare pricing for furniture and artwork purchases
Ensure all property details are accurately entered and maintained
Provide daily operational and scheduling support to studio leadership
Collaborate closely with the design team and warehouse to keep projects on track
Sales & Project Coordinator Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or client services required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously required
Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on clear, professional communication required
Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
