RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce is working with a client in New York, NY in search of a Graphic Designer to join a small, high-performing creative team supporting one of the world's most iconic watch brands. This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects through refined, on-brand design solutions that reflect the prestige and heritage of a luxury brand.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and excels at translating nuanced requests into polished visual outcomes. The role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of brand systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
DUTIES
Graphic Designer will create internal and external visual assets from concept to completion
Collaborate across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality design work
Apply strict brand guidelines with precision while elevating brand touchpoints
Maintain organized templates and files to ensure brand consistency
As a Graphic Designer, you will stay current on luxury design trends and software advancements
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within luxury, agency, or corporate environments
A strong portfolio showcasing clean, on-brand design work
Experience preparing press-ready assets and working across print and digital formats
Deep understanding of design principles: composition, grid systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 or higher) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills - able to present and explain design decisions to non-designers
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, elegant visual solutions
BONUS SKILLS (NICE-TO-HAVES)
Experience in both print and digital design
Familiarity with Mailchimp
Awareness of luxury industry design trends and best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
