Job Title Licensed Insurance Producer (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Base pay range $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr Pay Details Hourly Base Pay: $16–$18 per hour (depending on experience). Bonus: Additional performance-based bonuses may apply. Commission Structure: For any sales revenue over $15,000, you earn 2% commission on the amount above $15K. Once you reach $100,000 in sales, your commission rate increases to 3% on the amount above $100K. Location Miami, Florida Company A high-performance agency with corporate and franchise locations, representing over 120+ carriers including Geico, Progressive, Kemper, Universal, and Citizens. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our dynamic team in Miami. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with at least 1+ year of experience in a licensed agency environment. You will work in a hybrid call center setting alongside a team of 19+ professionals, focusing on new business, renewals, and retention. Key Responsibilities Sell and service Property & Casualty and Life Insurance products to new and existing clients. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Educate clients on coverage options and recommend tailored solutions. Manage referrals and contribute to agency growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies. Accurately process applications, endorsements, and renewals. Qualifications Active 2-20 or 4-40 Florida Insurance License. Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be fluent in both languages. Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed insurance agency. Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products; Life insurance experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
