About Our Client Our client is on a mission to help men look good and feel good—effortlessly. Their premium yet accessible menswear is designed with real bodies in mind and sold directly to consumers. With rapid growth across DTC, Amazon, retail, and wholesale channels, we’re building a brand that blends great product with purpose—and we’re just getting started.
The Role We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Email Marketing Manager to own our Email and Flow programs within the Owned Media team. Your #1 goal will be to grow Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) by turning one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers, and subscribers into new customers.
You’ll be responsible for the strategy, build, execution, and performance of all lifecycle flows, promotional campaigns, and post-purchase communications. This role sits at the intersection of data, creative, and brand storytelling—with a mandate to drive retention, repeat rate, and attachment rate through world-class CRM strategy.
Responsibilities
Lifecycle Strategy & Execution: Own and optimize all email flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback, cross-sell, etc.)
Partner with Growth and Analytics teams to segment audiences by behavior, intent, and lifecycle stage
Run A/B tests across subject lines, content blocks, timing, and incentives to improve engagement and conversion
Drive incremental revenue through owned media—measured by RPS, LTV, and CAC-to-LTV ratio
Campaign Management: Develop and deploy email campaigns for product drops, seasonal sales, and brand storytelling moments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Performance teams to ensure alignment on key brand and revenue moments
Build briefs and manage creative execution to align with brand tone, performance best practices, and KPIs
Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly to identify trends and actionable insights
Partner with Analytics to build reports, dashboards, and attribution models that reflect true business impact
Analyze churn cohorts, flow completion, and deliverability metrics to continuously improve outcomes
Platform Management: Own and optimize ESP (e.g., Klaviyo), integrations, and tech stack that powers our CRM
Ensure strong list health, compliance with email best practices, and deliverability excellence
Qualifications
3–5 years of hands‑on email marketing experience at a high‑growth DTC or eCommerce brand
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention frameworks
Proven track record of driving LTV, AOV, and repeat rate through owned media
Analytical and highly fluent in marketing metrics—comfortable making decisions using data
Experience with ESPs like Klaviyo
Excellent communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
Bonus: Experience with SMS, push, or broader retention channels
What You’ll Love About This Role
You’ll have the freedom to own a high‑impact, high‑visibility channel
You’ll shape the post‑purchase customer experience for millions of customers
You’ll work with a brand that blends humor, style, and heart—backed by performance
You’ll be part of a scrappy, ambitious, and fun team redefining what effortless comfort means in apparel
