The mission of the
Senior Product Designer
is to simplify complex logistics workflows and create intuitive, scalable solutions for shippers and brokers on our TMS platform. As part of the Shipper Squad, this role will use research, data, and AI-powered prototyping to design experiences that enable faster, smarter, and more efficient vehicle shipping across the United States.

Shippers, Brokers, and Carriers
— simplifying how money moves across auto transport logistics.
SuperPay is the first integrated payment solution in the auto transport industry, enabling faster, more secure, and automated payments across our Shipper and Carrier TMS products. Your role is to craft interfaces and workflows that build trust, eliminate manual work, and improve financial visibility for all parties involved.

About the role Super Dispatch is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design for SuperPay — the integrated payments experience that connects shippers, brokers, and carriers across the Super Dispatch ecosystem. SuperPay powers how money moves inside both Shipper and Carrier TMS, enabling fast, transparent, and secure financial transactions at scale.
In this role, you’ll simplify complex payment workflows, design intuitive and trustworthy financial experiences, and create solutions that help users get paid faster while reducing operational friction.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners — including product, engineering, finance, and data — to define the future of how payments are managed and automated in logistics.
This is a
remote-first
role and an exciting opportunity to design one of the most advanced SaaS products in auto transport.
Super Dispatch is a 100% distributed team so this role can be done anywhere in the (Central Asia/Eastern Europe) .

Responsibility
Understand and map
the end-to-end payment experience across Shipper and Carrier TMS platforms.
Design intuitive, trustworthy payment workflows
— from setup and onboarding to instant transfer, arbitration, and reconciliation.
Collaborate
with PMs, engineers, and finance teams to ship high-quality designs that balance usability, security, and compliance.
Prototype and test
payment interactions using tools like Figma, Lovable, and user testing sessions with carriers and shippers.
Leverage AI-powered design tools
to explore and validate ideas quickly.
Ensure clarity and confidence
in every payment step through clear microcopy, visual feedback, and transparent status states.
Contribute to the Super Dispatch Design System , expanding it with components tailored for financial and transactional UX.
Monitor success metrics
— e.g., reduction in payment support tickets, improved payment completion time, and adoption rate of Instant Transfers.
Collaborate cross-functionally
to align payment UX with Super Dispatch’s broader ecosystem (Trust, Shipper TMS, Carrier TMS).
Minimum requirements
5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in a product-led environment.
Skilled in research and discovery: customer interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and turning insights into product opportunities.
Strong prototyping skills, able to explore multiple solutions quickly using Figma, and AI-powered tools (e.g. Figma Make, Lovable).
Experience working in cross-functional squads with PMs, engineers, and data teams in an agile environment.
Strong communication skills , able to tell the story of problems and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Familiarity with
banking UX patterns , real-time payments, or financial data visualization.
Plus points
Experience with logistics, marketplace, or fintech products.
Understanding of fraud prevention, verification, or trust systems.
Knowledge of AI-assisted prototyping and how to test with synthetic users.

Lead your first end-to-end design project for the Payments experience
Conduct at least 3 user research sessions (interviews or usability tests) with shippers, and carriers to uncover trust and speed friction points.
Contribute to the Design System, adding or refining payment-specific components (e.g., transaction cards, trust badges, balance visuals).
Share your first design review presentation with cross-functional stakeholders — PM, EM, and CPO — highlighting your design reasoning and impact.

Own multiple design initiatives within the Payments domain, improving clarity, transparency, and automation in how users send and receive payments.
Deliver measurable UX impact — e.g., reducing payment-related support tickets, improving time-to-payment, or increasing adoption of Instant Transfer.
Collaborate with the analytics team to define and monitor design KPIs (e.g., payment completion rate, NPS for financial flows).
Mentor or support a peer designer through design critiques and collaborative sessions on financial UX patterns.

Lead internal UX workshops focused on designing for trust, automation, and transparency.
