* Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, content) under the guidance of the Marketing Manager for Health Club accounts.* Assist in crafting and maintaining sales collateral such as presentations, case studies, and content assets tailored to health club operators.* Help map customer touchpoints for both health club operators and end-members.* Draft messaging and copy for internal and external communications aligned with customer journeys.* Support account-based marketing (ABM) and key account initiatives, including localization of messaging and tactical execution.* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (e.g., engagement, lead generation, open/click rates), and provide insights for optimization.* Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, local activations, and club-based promotions.* Maintain and organize marketing assets, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all materials.* Contribute to internal and external communications aligned with Health Club programming.* Provide additional support to Marketing team projects and tasks as needed.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.* 1–3 years of marketing experience.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas.* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media).* Basic analytics skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.* Collaborative mindset; works effectively with Sales, Creative, and the Marketing Manager.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Passion for fitness and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength,**we think customer first**,**play as one team**, and**raise the bar on fitness innovation**—in the gym and in every corner of our facilities.
