Senior PACS Administrator Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Relocation Assistance: May be offered as a sign-on bonus We are seeking a Senior PACS Administrator to provide technical and operational leadership for imaging systems across Radiology and Cardiology. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, leading day-to-day operations, and driving large-scale imaging initiatives in partnership with IT and clinical teams. The ideal candidate brings strong PACS expertise, project management experience, and a collaborative approach to working with physicians, radiologists, and internal stakeholders. Oversee daily PACS operations to ensure maximum system uptime and reliability. Lead and coordinate major imaging projects, including PACS upgrades, new implementations, and integration with Epic Radiant. Serve as the primary liaison between Imaging, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Develop, document, and maintain system configurations, access controls, and standard operating procedures. Deliver exceptional support and customer service to radiologists, technologists, and clinical users. Stay current on emerging PACS technologies, patches, and upgrades to maintain compliance and system performance. Replacement and implementation of a new Visage PACS system Deployment of Ascend Cardiology PACS Integration of Epic Radiant for radiology workflows Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. ~4+ years of experience in a senior-level PACS or imaging systems project management role. ~ Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. ~ Experience leading system upgrades, testing, and vendor coordination.
