Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Triaim Enterprise. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing tasks, including communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training, and managing sales activities. While the role is based in Newark, NJ, some remote work is acceptable. The individual needs to be a high-achiever with superior communication skills who is a reliable self-starter, results driven and effective at collaborating across teams to drive desired results. Must possess capacity to manage workload peaks, strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Responsibilities
Develop strategies to generate sales leads and close deals effectively. Achieve revenue targets by aligning efforts with market demands. Analyze market trends to understand customer behaviour and preferences. Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to reach target audiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. Foster long-term loyalty through personalized interactions and support. Track sales and marketing performance using analytics tools. Use insights to refine strategies and improve business outcomes. Collaborate with teams across departments to align goals and strategies. Enhance brand visibility and drive growth through coordinated efforts. Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). Understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor analysis. Experience in specific industries is advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with teams and build client relationships.
