We're seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth in the construction technology sector. This role will focus on reaching and engaging construction finance professionals, particularly CFOs at General Contractors.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Create and manage content marketing initiatives focused on construction finance pain points.
Lead the development of lead magnets and nurture campaigns targeting construction CFOs.
Manage marketing automation and lead‑nurturing workflows.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with industry partners for co‑marketing opportunities.
Drive thought leadership in construction technology and financial management.
Lead generation and qualification rates.
Content engagement and conversion metrics.
Campaign ROI and cost per acquisition.
Brand awareness and thought leadership metrics.
Qualifications
3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in construction technology or SaaS.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision making.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Experience in content strategy and lead generation.
Experience marketing to C‑level executives.
Knowledge of construction or financial services industry terminology and workflows.
Understanding of construction industry dynamics and financial processes.
Background in financial technology or construction software.
Experience with account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Understanding of construction cost management and financial processes.
