Print Studio Tools Manager – Hogarth
The Automation Technical Lead (Print Studio Tools Manager) drives successful delivery of automation projects within the packaging team, overseeing XMPie development and executing data‑driven print and cross‑media marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Build Personalized Campaigns in XMPie: Use uCreate Print, uDirect, and uProduce to develop and execute variable data print (VDP) and digital campaigns based on client specifications.
Template Development with Adobe InDesign & uCreate: Design and modify InDesign templates with dynamic content using uCreate Print, ensuring accurate personalization across various output formats.
Cross‑Media Setup & Execution: Configure multi‑touch, multi‑channel campaigns (print) using uProduce and uPlan, ensuring all elements are dynamically linked and data‑driven.
Testing, QA, and Troubleshooting: Test output files (PDFs, landing pages), identify personalization issues, debug logic or data mismatches, and provide solutions for campaign accuracy and scalability.
Team Collaboration & Documentation: Work with designers, data analysts, and project managers to ensure project goals are met on time, and maintain clear documentation of templates, logic, and campaign workflows.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in a production environment, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or project management role.
A bachelor’s degree in a design‑related discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Interaction Design).
Expert‑level proficiency in XMPie, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Switch is a plus.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for AI, automation, a knack for problem‑solving, and a desire to make a real impact.
Strong strategic and technical skills. to assess complex problems and formulate and implement solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: $93,000 – $123,500 Annually
