Design & Sales Coordinator Job at Marsh Furniture Company in Wilmington

Marsh Furniture Company is seeking an experienced Design & Sales Coordinator to oversee functions related to Exclusives by Marsh . These products enable customers to enhance their kitchen and bath designs with customized cabinets and statement pieces. The role involves interpreting design requests, providing consultative services to ensure products meet specifications, and supporting inside sales to grow the program. This on-site position reports to Mary Baber, Design & Training Manager. Primary Responsibilities include: Maintain the Exclusives inbox for Requests for Quotes, reviewing and clarifying as needed before drawing and quoting. Collaborate with Product Development and Customer Service teams to understand and recommend alternatives to customer requests. Manage all Exclusives requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Maintain clear communication with customers, focusing on customer experience and recurring revenue streams with builders and remodelers. Provide excellent service and follow-up, gathering information, assessing needs, and presenting creative design solutions. Own customer satisfaction by resolving issues or inquiries promptly. Perform additional design and training duties as assigned. Qualifications for success as a Design & Sales Coordinator: A creative, customer-centric, and proactive attitude. A sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 20-20 Design software. Deep understanding of kitchen and bath design and cabinetry specifications. Minimum of five years' experience in kitchen and bath design. Ability to learn and adhere to processes and procedures.
