Role Overview As a Sales Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate their space, create conceptual designs, and guide them through the process of building the outdoor environment they’ve always wanted. This role is perfect for someone who loves design, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a high-performance sales environment. What You’ll Do Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set or self-generated leads Measure job sites and document project details Create design concepts, layouts, and material recommendations Present proposals and guide customers through project options Work closely with Estimate Coordinators and leadership Deliver world-class communication and follow-up Represent the company with professionalism and integrity What We’re Looking For Strong sales and customer service skills Experience in outdoor living, construction, pools, landscaping, pavers, or home services (preferred, not required) Ability to create basic drawings or layouts (ArcSite experience is a plus — training provided) Professional appearance and communication Organized, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-up Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to work evenings/weekends if needed for homeowner availability High income potential (top performers earn significantly through commission) Strong brand presence and ongoing marketing support Full training provided on systems, products, and design tools Opportunity to grow as the Tucson operation expands A company culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and doing the job right How to Apply Apply directly through LinkedIn or send your resume to: WesleySorce@TheTastyShow.com We look forward to meeting future Designers ready to grow with us.
