Job Description Marketing Manager (Retail Industry)
We are in search of a skilled and results-oriented Bilingual Marketing Manager to take charge of our retail marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supervising campaigns, promotions, customer engagement initiatives, and brand development efforts aimed at increasing foot traffic, enhancing sales, and fostering customer loyalty. This position demands a combination of strategic foresight and hands‑on implementation, along with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Devise and execute annual marketing plans that align with business goals.
Distinguish growth opportunities across physical stores and online retail platforms.
Ensure consistency in branding across all customer touchpoints.
Campaign Management
Strategize, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, print, in‑store, social media, email).
Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns to maximize customer engagement and sales.
Monitor campaign ROI and enhance performance.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
Create strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
Oversee loyalty programs, customer feedback, and CRM systems.
Utilize data insights to personalize campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with retail objectives.
Work closely with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
Market Research & Analytics
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities.
Monitor key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in retail or consumer-facing industries.
Thorough understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO / SEM, and retail promotions.
Exceptional leadership, project management, and organizational abilities.
Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
