This role will own the end-to-end management of marketing automation systems, ensuring that campaigns are personalized, data-driven, and scalable—nurturing prospects and residents from lead generation through renewal. Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business goals into automation strategies. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and experience with CRM/data integrations preferred.
