Responsibilities
Cold‑call to offer drivers a better value on their car insurance with State Farm.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
What we offer As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
Hourly pay plus bonus
Growth potential for advancement within my agency
Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Requirements
Telemarketing / Cold‑call Experience Preferred
Must be able to execute a systematic process
Must communicate clearly and be able to recite word‑track scripts
Must be detail oriented and able to quickly learn customer management computer software
Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 1:30‑4:30 p (15 hrs/week). Can slightly modify schedule requirements for the right candidate (e.g., 4 days/week vs 5 or 1‑4 p schedule adjustment).
