Role Overview You will drive competitive positioning and go‑to‑market execution at a critical growth stage. Based in Austin, you will translate our technical capabilities into compelling market messaging, enable the sales team to win competitive enterprise deals, and accelerate adoption of AI‑powered communication supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct competitive intelligence: design win/loss interview programs, build battle cards and positioning frameworks, analyze trends, and present insights to product and sales.
Sales enablement & revenue: create pitch decks, one‑pagers, demo scripts, ROI calculators, case studies, reference materials, and training programs; build playbooks for key use cases and verticals.
Product launch ownership: own GTM strategy for releases, coordinate cross‑functional launch planning, develop launch messaging, positioning and enablement materials, and track success metrics such as adoption and attach rates.
Strategic marketing: evolve positioning and messaging frameworks, translate technical capabilities to business value, craft vertical‑specific strategies for RIA, broker‑dealer, and private equity, and synthesize market insights into roadmap recommendations.
Cross‑functional leadership: drive competitive intelligence that informs product roadmap, lead positioning‑aligned campaigns, collaborate on win/loss tracking, and present insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
3‑5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS with proven impact on win/loss or revenue.
Strategic thinking and strong execution skills; experience in competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis.
Track record owning product launches—GTM strategy and cross‑functional coordination.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executive leadership.
Proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
Preferred: experience in regulated industries (financial services, compliance technology), understanding of FINRA/SEC compliance, and background in communication/security software.
