Responsibilities Perform in short videos and livestreams that highlight your unique experiences and encourage audience interaction. Work closely with our content team to develop engaging scripts and concepts that reflect our brand's values. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for video content and livestream themes. Engage with the audience during livestreams, answering questions and building connections. Stay updated on trends and popular topics that resonate with our target audience to keep content fresh and relevant. Be an ambassador for our brand, promoting positivity and inclusivity through your performances. Qualifications Must be a Black female talent aged 40 or older with a passion for performance and storytelling. Experience in acting, public speaking, or content creation for social media is a plus. Comfort and confidence in front of the camera and willingness to engage with audiences live. Strong improvisational skills and creativity to contribute to engaging video content. Ability to collaborate with a team while bringing your individuality to each performance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective audience interaction. Familiarity with livestreaming and video editing tools is a big plus!
