Description
We are looking for a creative Content Specialist with strengths in graphic design, videography, and edutainment to join our marketing team. This role focuses on producing engaging visual content that simplifies complex industrial products, strengthens brand awareness, and supports ongoing creative initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who can turn technical information into compelling, easy-to-understand content across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our graphic designer and videographer, contributing to a unified visual content strategy and ensuring consistency across all brand communications.
Requirements for success as part of our team:
- Conceptualizes, designs, and produces marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, social media, web graphics, email templates).
- Ensures brand consistency across all visual content.
- Turns complex technical concepts into clear visual assets (infographics, diagrams, etc.).
- Collaborates with product and sales teams to create sales enablement materials.
- Supports planning, filming, and editing of video content from pre- to post-production.
- Produces video assets including demos, how-to guides, testimonials, tours, and promotional content.
- Optimizes videos for digital platforms (YouTube, social media, website).
- Translates technical product information into engaging, easy-to-understand formats.
- Develops interactive content, animations, and explainer videos with subject matter experts.
- Identifies content needs, stays current on industry trends, manages digital assets, and supports broader marketing initiatives.
Ideal candidate qualities include:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, editing, lighting, and audio.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
