Real Estate Photographer & Territory Representative

Location: Miami Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties, FL

Base Pay Range: $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Schedule: Flexible (Minimum 3–4 Days/Week, Daylight Hours)

Status: 1099 Independent Contractor

Estimated Annual Earnings: $50,000 – $75,000+ (50% commission + Florida Minimum Wage Guarantee)

Position Overview

This is NOT just a typical “show up and shoot” photography gig. This new position is designed for someone who wants to build their own business within our company.

Media Capture (No Editing Required)

• Photograph residential & commercial listings
• Capture drone photos/video (Part 107 required — training provided)
• Perform Matterport & Zillow 3D tours
• Capture cinematic property videos
• Capture data for floor plans
• Upload all media for Pinnacle to process

Business Development

• Visit real estate offices in your assigned counties
• Initiate new relationships with agents & brokers
• Set up lunch & learns and office presentations
• Promote additional services onsite
• Help realtors understand how Pinnacle improves their marketing and results
• Build a book of loyal, recurring clients

Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality and professionalism at every appointment
• Communicate clearly with clients on-site
• Manage your own schedule & territory
• Travel daily to multiple listing locations
• Upload media promptly after each shoot

Compensation

You earn 50% of every completed appointment and media service you capture. PLUS you are guaranteed at least Florida Minimum Wage ($14.00/hour in 2025) for all active appointment time.

Training & Certifications Provided

• Real Estate Photography Certification

• Zillow 3D Certification

• Assistance with FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (must be completed before full onboarding — typically 1 week)

Requirements

• Photography experience or strong portfolio
• Passion for real estate, media, and helping clients
• Reliable vehicle + insurance
• Valid driver’s license
• Smartphone
• Availability at least 3–4 days/week
• Internet access for uploads
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, positive, client‑focused demeanor
• Willingness to complete FAA Part 107 Drone Certification

Preferred

• Real estate photography experience
• Sales, outreach, or relationship‑building experience
• Drone flying experience
• Experience working independently or running a small business

Important Notes

• We cannot hire photographers who currently operate their own real estate photography business due to conflict of interest.
• Competitors’ employees may be hired once that relationship ends.
• Any employment gaps must include explanations.
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you control your time, we provide the system.
