Real Estate Photographer & Territory Representative

Join Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing as an independent contractor and build your own business within our rapidly growing real‑estate media company. Capture high‑quality photography, video, and virtual tours for residential and commercial listings while cultivating strong relationships with agents across Florida.

Base Pay Range

$50,000 – $75,000 per year (based on skills and experience). You also receive 50% commission on every completed appointment and media service you capture, with a guaranteed Florida minimum wage of $14.00/hour (2025) for all active appointment time.

Position Overview

• Operate as an online agency owner while saving on editing, billing, customer service, and other administrative tasks.
• Visit real‑estate offices in your assigned counties, initiate new relationships, and set up presentations and lunch‑and‑learn events.
• Grow your territory, drive new bookings, and maintain a professional, white‑glove presence for Pinnacle.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial listings.
• Capture drone photos/video (FAA Part 107 required – training provided).
• Perform Matterport & Zillow 3‑D tours and cinematic property videos.
• Upload all media to Pinnacle’s system and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication at every appointment.
• Travel daily to multiple listing locations and upload media promptly after each shoot.

Business Development

• Visit real‑estate offices, initiate relationships with agents and brokers.
• Set up lunch‑and‑learns and office presentations.
• Promote additional services onsite and help realtors understand how Pinnacle boosts their marketing.
• Build a book of loyal, recurring clients.

Compensation & Benefits

• 50% commission on every appointment and media service you capture.
• Guaranteed Florida minimum wage ($14.00/hr 2025) for all active appointment time.
• No earnings cap; control your income and run your territory like a business owner.
• All backend support: editing team, customer service, billing, payment collection, appointment scheduling, marketing materials, CRM tools, and experienced photographer support.
• Full training: real‑estate photography, cinematic video, Matterport, Zillow 3‑D, Aerial drone, and FAA Part 107 certification (to be completed before onboarding).

Required Qualifications

• Photography experience or a strong portfolio.
• Passion for real estate, media, and client service.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Valid driver’s license, smartphone, and internet access for uploads.
• Availability at least 3–4 days per week.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive, client‑focused demeanor.
• Willingness to complete FAA Part 107 Drone Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Real‑estate photography experience.
• Sales, outreach, or relationship‑building experience.
• Drone flying experience.
• Experience working independently or running a small business.

Important Notes

• Photographers currently operating their own real‑estate photography businesses are ineligible due to conflict of interest.
• Employees of competitors may be hired once the relationship ends.
• Employment gaps must be explained.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) position; you control your time.
