The Role We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping CIRRO’s brand across digital channels—managing content, growing our social presence, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities Own and manage CIRRO’s social media accounts, with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube Create and publish engaging content including static posts, reels, short videos, and stories Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools Maintain and update website content via CMS (WordPress or similar) Support broader marketing activities including email campaigns, events, and trade show prep Monitor and report on key analytics (social media performance, follower growth, video engagement, etc.) Assist in the development of sales enablement and promotional materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, logistics, or e-commerce Strong understanding of social media trends, especially LinkedIn and YouTube Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) Strong communication skills and a knack for storytelling Self-starter with great organizational skills and attention to detail Bonus: Experience with analytics tools like LinkedIn Insights, YouTube Studio, or Google Analytics Why CIRRO Join a fast-growing global brand that’s redefining fulfillment with innovation and purpose.
