We build trend-driven campaigns that convert attention into action—and now we’re looking for a creative and organized TikTok Influencer Collaboration Manager to lead influencer partnerships that drive awareness and conversions on TikTok Shop.
This is a client-facing, creator-first role where your influence shapes the influencers. You’ll own creator sourcing, outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking—all designed to grow brand visibility and product sales through TikTok’s creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities Identify high-performing TikTok creators for brand campaigns and TikTok Shop affiliate promotions
Build and maintain a curated database of creators by niche, engagement, and performance metrics
Draft and manage outreach emails, DM templates, and onboarding communication
Develop influencer campaign briefs aligned with client goals (product seeding, UGC, live sessions, affiliate campaigns)
Coordinate product gifting, contracts, affiliate commission setup, and content deadlines
Ensure creator output aligns with brand tone, messaging, and TikTok trends
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor creator content performance across reach, engagement, clicks, and sales
Use affiliate dashboards, TikTok Shop analytics, and custom tracking links to evaluate ROI
Optimize campaigns by reallocating budget, adjusting messaging, or scaling top-performing creators
Client Communication & Reporting
Present influencer strategies and performance updates in client calls and reports
Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to repurpose top influencer content into ads
Keep clients informed about trend opportunities, influencer feedback, and campaign shifts
Required Skills 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships
Strong knowledge of TikTok culture, creator types, and what makes content go viral
Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace, TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, or influencer platforms like GRIN, Aspire, or Collabstr
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators at once
Organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
Bonus: Background in content creation, social media strategy, or affiliate marketing
