Employer Industry: Advertising Technology Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $180,000 base, plus a competitive bonus plan Ample career and professional growth opportunities within a high-flying performance marketing company Collaborative work environment with a new headquarters featuring an open floor plan Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Access to volunteer and philanthropic activities throughout the year Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and catered lunches, along with engaging team events What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the vision, requirements, and launch of the next evolution of the AdTech backend and front-end capabilities Create a detailed product roadmap for internal Publisher, Advertiser, and Marketplace views to manage the business Conduct interviews and document discovery calls with stakeholders to identify pain points and synthesize findings into the roadmap Collaborate with the CTO, CPO, and VP of Engineering to improve coding efficiency and reduce defects by leveraging AI Define success metrics utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data What is Required (Qualifications) 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience, with substantial experience in front-end UX design Proven experience in owning the product strategy and roadmap in the AdTech domain Willingness to adopt an AI-first approach across all aspects of productivity Ability to engage with internal platform and front-end engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and commercial team stakeholders Strong communication skills to empower commercial teams with execution plans and training sessions How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 2+ years of relevant digital advertising or adjacent experience Familiarity with performance marketing measures such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. Conceptual understanding of Agentic AI and the necessary platform functionality for both human and autonomous agent users #AdvertisingTechnology #ProductManagement #CareerGrowth #CompetitiveCompensation #AIInnovation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
