What You Will Do Support Wealth marketing programs and initiatives. Manage and execute PGIM retail marketing programs and campaigns to grow brand awareness and consideration of investment capabilities and product suite including alternatives, ETFs, mutual funds, and SMAs. Collaborate with internal functional areas including Client Marketing, media teams, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, and legal/compliance staff to see initiatives through to completion.
What You Can Expect
Engage with marketing leads to understand objectives, investment themes and opportunities and transform them into deliverables.
Project manage multi-faceted, integrated cornerstone programs from end to end.
Develop content and provide strategic oversight of paid social and search campaigns.
Project manage proprietary research programs including marketing assets and promotional activity.
Analyze campaign and program metrics to provide data-backed insights.
Assist planning, oversight and measurement of Wealth-focused webinars.
Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and approval.
Conduct competitive research and analysis to inform campaign development.
Analyze industry and competitor marketing strategies and best practices.
What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience in financial services marketing (project, brand or campaign management).
Previous experience in a sales-driven, multi-channel, distribution environment.
Ability to apply traditional and new marketing approaches.
Demonstrated success collaborating across functional teams.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Passionate about data analysis and reporting.
Independent, self-starter who can manage multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
What Will Set You Apart
Series 6 or 7 licensing.
General knowledge of industry and investment products.
Bachelor’s degree.
Salary Range Salary range is $120,000 to $140,000. Specific pricing may vary within that range based on location, experience, and skills.
